A 1,250 square-foot space only one block from the Ohel, for Bar and Bat Mitzvas, Brisim, Siyum Sefer Torah, community gatherings, meals, lectures and everything in between.
The bright room features:
– Eight-foot ceilings.
– Private entrance and bathroom.
– Separately controlled heating and A/C units.
– 8’ industrial black Lifetime tables (8).
– High-end padded Lifetime chairs (approx. 100)
– Large washing/food prep sink, countertop and refrigerator.
Also available:

– Room setup and coordinating with your caterer.
BOOKING AND PRICING: All types of Simchas and any event involving food service or catering are considered regular events.
Base price includes four hours — 3 for event, plus one hour for setup. Be sure to include setup time in your calculations.

SMALL EVENT A special, discounted price is offered for that match ALL of these criteria:
– Lecture or meeting with no food service.
– Less than three hours from entry until the hall is completely cleared.

We continually invest in keeping the home and its contents clean and in good condition. Please take care not to damage the property. A hold will be placed on your credit card for the amount of the security deposit just prior to rental. After your event, the hall will be reviewed for damages to property and furniture, missing chairs, etc.
– Do not flush anything other than tissues and toilet paper in toilets. (If sewer backs up during or immediately after stay, guests will be responsible to cover the plumbing charge.)
– Do not stick anything to the walls, doors or ceiling.
– Close all blinds after dark.
– No loud music.
– No grilling on the property.
– Absolutely no smoking in the house.
